Dr. Antony Kwong Yu POON carries the weight and honor of a three-generation medical lineage. From his youth, he was instilled with the "Healing the Wounded and Rescuing the Dying" ethos of his maternal grandfather, Grandmaster HO Chuk Lam. He also witnessed firsthand the dedication and pioneering spirit of his mother, Ms. HO Mei Sim, in establishing medical services for overseas compatriots.
In 1992, Dr. Poon, together with the First Military Medical University and the Lee Kum Kee Group, co-founded Guangdong Nan Fang Lee Kum Kee Company Limited, the entity that would evolve into Infinitus (China) Company Ltd. Under his leadership, it became a flagship enterprise in China's health industry.
In 2023, driven by the ambition to bring China's most advanced medical innovations to the world, Dr. Poon founded NuAge (China) Limited in Hong Kong. He subsequently established the R&D and manufacturing entities in Nansha, Guangzhou, and Shaanxi.
In December 2025, Dr. Poon represented NuAge (Shaanxi) in signing the Technology Transfer Agreement with China Rongtong Scientific Research Institute Group for the anti-GDF15 monoclonal antibody program, bringing the core pipeline into a new stage of industrialization. — further underscoring his entrepreneurial mission of “Inheriting and Innovating, Bringing Glory to the Nation.”
The benevolent spirit of his grandfather and the entrepreneurial vision of his mother remain the cornerstone of his life's work and the enduring force propelling NuAge forward.
